Warranty

12-month warranty. All Qable products, including cables and every item in our bundles, are covered for 12 months from your order date.

Claims: WhatsApp +974 5187 9388 with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. If the claim is valid, we collect the faulty product free of charge anywhere in Qatar.

Remedy: we send a replacement, or refund you if the item is out of stock. A replacement keeps your original warranty (until 12 months from the original order date); it doesn't restart.

Bundles: an out-of-stock bundle item is refunded at its share of the bundle price, in proportion to retail prices. Example: Travel Bundle charger = 129 ÷ 427 × 389 = QAR 117.52.

Refund method: card payments go back to the original payment method; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer only (no store credit).

Not covered: physical damage, water damage, misuse, lost items, and third-party repairs.
