Refund policy

At Qable, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets the conditions below.

How to return

1. Contact us at info@qable.tech or via Instagram @qable_qa or via WhatsApp +974 5187 9388 with your order number.
2. We'll confirm your return and arrange pickup or drop-off within Qatar.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 1–5 business days. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Conditions

• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Item must be unused and undamaged (beyond any defect you're returning it for).
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

Faulty products

A product that develops a fault within 12 months of your order is covered by our 12-month warranty.
